Facilities
The program site consists of three separate connecting units, with 15 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. The first unit houses the Case Management, Intake/Registration, Administration, and Security offices. The second unit is the home for Project Mainstream, and the third unit for Project Caring Arms Program Participants.
The facility is partially handicap accessible, and contains the following amenities:

Eligibility
Entity pre-screened referrals from the Department of Mental Health, Department of Health Services, CES service providers, and other social service agencies., who are in need of housing for the homeless populations they serve.

Project Mainstream
Project Caring Arms
Project Caring Arms is a Post-Hospital Housing and Supportive Services solutions program, and provides Bridge Housing for homeless and displaced individuals, who are being discharged from hospitals and/or medical facilities, without a place of residence (home). The program will consist of short-term housing in a safe, clean and stable environment, while accessing housing and case management services, basic medical care, health education, meals, 24-hour supervision, and wellness, resulting in housing placement.

Project Mainstream provides Interim/Bridge Supportive Housing Services for homeless individuals with and without mental challenged and/or that have health conditions. The program consists of short-term housing in a safe, clean and stable environment, while accessing comprehensive case management, including basic medical services / health education, and other supportive services with meals, 24-hour supervision, with lived experienced staff to ensure “Whole Person Care”. Care that will result in housing placement ready individuals.
